HI, MY NAME IS CHRIS CHOO.

Let me share my journey with you...

Armed with a local degree, I started my working career in 2001 as a management executive with Singapore Airport Terminal Services (SATS), a major airline service provider that required me to manage 180 staff. It was definitely an unprecedented move for me and my previous company to allow a young executive to undertake such big responsibility. “Dare to try, strive to overcome”

A close friend once told me “Chris, you are very suited to do sales. You are sincere and strive to do your best.” This statement drove me to change my course towards becoming one of the top salespersons for 5 years selling Nissan cars.

“From zero to hero- Willingness to do my best”

My true calling came in 2007.

From Marketing Associate to District Director in 6 years, I was probably the fastest to achieve this title with the smallest group of salespersons. Lean and mean is my foundation building strategy to ensure every singular agent will have close dedicated attention.

I am a firm believer of leadership by example. I led my team while displaying my own consistent sales record as Propnex Top 100 Producers for 9 consecutive years from 2009 to 2017.

My pet topic has always property investment… Many of my friends, to my clients, and to my agents, all of whom have benefited from my invaluable sharing, have become fellow multi-property investors.
